The site is a channel of communication through which users can reach a larger number of people to buy and sell items. The site is only providing a platform for communication and it is agreed that the contract for sale of items shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the seller and the buyer. The site is not and cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between two users of the site.
By using the site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The site ‘apun-ka-market’ does not hold itself responsible for the damage/loss/safety of any of the transactions going on between individual users of this site.
The site reserves the right at its discretion to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time, effective immediately upon notification on this site. You must read and agree with all of the terms and conditions and may not use services of the site, if you do not accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the Site.
Eligibility: You must be a student of IIMK to use the service.
Transaction: You must provide true, accurate and complete information about the product offered to the site administrator.
Under no circumstances will we alter information provided by you and the data you have entered unless we have to because of non compliance of terms and conditions. You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the site through any automated means (including use of scripts or web crawlers).
Currently the site does not charge any fee for the services offered.The following categories are defined now,
Mobiles, Books, Automobiles, Computer Accessories, Photos & Posters
If you find that your item does not fall in any of these, you may post it in “Miscellaneous” taking into account that you cannot list following Items on the Site
1. Counterfeit or stolen
2. Which infringe any third party's intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy
3. Religious Items which is likely to affect the religious sentiments of any person
4. Containing pornographic materials and any objectionable material
5. Used cellular phone SIM Cards
6. Pornographic videos, picture, text, content and pornographic material in any other form
7. Content not suitable for minors.
The site is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between users. The site shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between users. The site does not make any warranty of quality and worth of the Items proposed to be sold or purchased on the site. The site does not make any warranty of identity of any of its Users. You are advised to independently verify identity of any particular User that you choose to deal with on the site. The site may terminate this agreement and terminate services at any time without notice for any reason.
Buying
If you are the purchaser for any Items and your purchase is accepted by the seller, you are obligated to complete the transaction with the seller. Right now the site is not providing any platform to exchange money between seller and buyer. It is buyer’s responsibility to collect the items from seller and handover the money to him. The site will not be responsible for any money dispute, or items quality dispute between buyer and seller.
Selling
As an elligible member, you may list Items for sale on the site. You must ensure that the listed Items do not infringe upon the intellectual property, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy rights of third parties. Listings may only include text descriptions that describe your items for sale. Right now the Site is not providing any platform to exchange money between seller and buyer. It would be seller's personal responsibility to contact the buyer and sell the items and collect the money from him. I will not contact the buyer and will not be responsible for any money dispute, or Items quality dispute between seller and buyer. The listing description of the Items must not be misleading. The listing description cannot contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, harmfully interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate.
